  2. What Is It? • Established in 2006 as part of the Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP) • Seeks to “improve graduate student writing” • Spearheads cross-curricular efforts to train students to write better (and faculty to teach writing more effectively)

  3. Who Works Here? • Director: Emily Heady (holds B.A. in Spanish and English and M.A. and Ph.D. in English) • Assistant Director: Shelah Simpson (holds B.A. and M.A. in English; currently seeking Ph.D.) • Tutors: Five trained graduate students from various disciplines across the university • Library Liaison: Tyler Veak (holds B.A., M.A., and Ph.D. in philosophy; currently pursuing M.S. in Library and Information Science)
