DeputySecretary General for Information and Information Services • An amendment to the Law on Organization of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, the DeputySecretary General for Information and Information Services was created fortheparliamentarians, researchers and interested parties with the aim of providing information-oriented services. • The purpose of the new structure is to provide better quality information services for the institutions.

Department of Information Technology • Wasestablished 1993 with 2 staff • In 20 yearswereached 70 IT staff • 10 Software Developers • 89 activelyused software projectincluding web sites • 95 percent of these software project developed by IT department. Only a few of them outsourced • OldprojectsdevelopedwithOracleforms. Todaywe’reusingASP.Netand PHP.
