    2. Statement Of Work THINK LIKE A SURVEYOR What is the data providers role? What data is need to accomplish the mission? What survey requirements must be met to ensure the necessary data is identified, collected and reported? What are the required deliverables associated with the survey?

    4. Starting On The Same Page Clearly identify : Purpose Obstruction Analysis, Geodetic Control, new taxiway, ALP, etc. Version and date of the referenced Advisory Circulars Airport to be surveyed Will the deliverables include survey data (as-built), planning data (non-existing), or both?

    5. Survey Requirements Standard Instrument Procedure Development Survey Datum Tie Geo-referenced Imagery Runway Data Navigational Aid Data Obstruction Identification Surfaces (OIS) Obstacle Data

    6. Three options: Establish Primary and Secondary Airport Control Stations (PACS/SACS) Verify existing PACS/SACS Establish Temporary Control Marks

    7. Define the Study Area Specify the Obstruction Identification Surfaces to be evaluated for obstacles (for each runway) Runways with Vertically Guided Approaches Runways with Non-Vertically Guidance

    8. Runway Data Identify the runway data to be collected and reported Is the Airport Part 139 Certified?

    9. AC- 18 Data Navigational Aids Identify the Navigational Aid data to be collected and reported
