  2. •Diagnosis berdasarkan : • Anamnesis • Pemeriksaan fisik : generalis, kulit, kelamin • Pemeriksaan : lab. penunjang

  3. • Prosedur diagnostik: • Pengisian status DV • Pemeriksaan khusus penyakit tertentu • Pemeriksaan laboratorium sederhana

  4. I. Status DV - Identitas pasien - KU, RPS, RPD, RPK - St. generalis - St. dermatologikus/venereologikus

  5. Status dermatologikus/venereologikus • Regio atau lokasi lesi • Distribusi lesi (generalisata, universalis, dermatomal, unilateral) • Tuliskan lesi primer (papul, vesikel dll), diikuti lesi sekunder (skuama, krusta dll) • Jumlah lesi (soliter, multipel, atau cantumkan jumlahnya bila dapat dihitung) • Sifat lesi

  6. II. Pemeriksaan khusus • Diaskopi : pemr. eritema • Uji gores : pemr. skuama • Uji epidermolisis / Nikolsky • Psoriasis : - fen. tetesan lilin - fen. Auspitz - fen. Koebner

  7. 5. Morbus Hansen •uji sensibilitas • uji gangguan fungsi motorik • uji gangguan saraf otonom • pembesaran saraf tepi

  8. 6. Uji gores : • dermografisme • white dermographisme • scratch test

  9. 7. Pemr. ulkus : • Jumlah ulkus • Lokasi, bentuk, ukuran, tepi, dinding, dasar, isi, jar. sekitar, indurasi, nyeri, bau

  10. 8. Pemr. KGBR • lokasi, jumlah, besar, konsistensi, nyeri/tidak, perlekatan 9. Pemr. lampu Wood • lokasi • fluoresensi

  11. •Tatalaksana • Umum (non medikamentosa) • Medikamentosa • sistemik kausatif, simtomatik • topikal

  12. c. Tindakan (anjuran) : • ekstraksi komedo • enukleasi • bedah listrik, b. beku, b. skalpel • suntikan intralesi • ekstraksi kuku

  13. • Prognosis • Quo ad vitam • Quo ad fungsionam • Quo ad sanationam
