Degree Requirements • 208 total credits; 184 core+ 24 elective credits • Meet or exceed minimum grade thresholds and progression requirements as defined in AGRS, and ABOs • 4th year APPE (9 rotations; six credits each) Meet all the requirements to enter and progress in the APPEs (see syllabus). All APPEs use the same course prefix of PHARMP. Although the numbers vary to designate the practice experience, all APPEs are considered the same course

Need additional professional elective credits? • Examples of 4th year professional electives commonly selected • *Pharm 544- Dr. Hazlet is surveying the class on interest in this course • Any extra practicum project or practicum beyond the required nine rotations count as professional elective credit (these can also be variable credit) • Late afternoon or evening courses • Distance learning (additional fees though)

Timeline • Review again degree progression with advisors: (Micki, Cher, Nanci) • Preference your rotations (documentation for intern licenses outside of Washington) • Check to make sure all requirements have been completed and paperwork has been submitted for entrance into APPEs. • Early December 2013, you will receive a packet in the mail containing your graduation application, authorization to release form and Law Review CD- Be sure and update your contact information, particularly your mailing address whenever you move.

Timeline (cont) • Return the graduation application and authorization to release form by the second week of January • WSBOP recommends submitting your licensing application, fees, materials at least 6 weeks in advance of your anticipated date of licensure • Submit registration forms and fees to NABP • Communications from the ASP Office are sent by email- You are responsible for the information in these emails! Timeline (cont) • Make sure all your paperwork and requirements from APPE and/or other courses are submitted on time • Once APPE credits and all other degree requirements (e.g., remaining elective credits) are recorded on the SDB and degree requirements have been met, I notify the Graduation and Academic Records Office to award the degree. • The School sends a letter to the WSBOP (or boards you designate) that your degree has been awarded, the date it is awarded and the practicum sites and hours you have earned (allows you to take NAPLEX and MPJE provided all other paperwork is in order). • The WSBOP requires an official transcript from the UW.
