The Institute of Industrial Engineers (IIE) – Industry Advisory Board (IAB) - is a group of senior IEs and managers that represent several companies that are active with IIE Nationally The IAB sponsors quarterly Webinars thru the main IIE website, that focus on Coaching & Advising tips for Young Professionals The Webinars were developed in cooperation with IIE’s Young Professionals group Each Webinar will feature one or two senior IE’s who will give their backgrounds, talk briefly about their coaching & advising activities, then take questions IAB’s CoachingWebinars

The Coaching Webinars are located on the main IIE website: http://www.iienet2.org In the “Knowledge Center” (top menu bar) pull-down selection “Webinars”: http://www.iienet2.org/Details.aspx?id=643 On the Webinar home page, look at the “Upcoming Webinars” for any currently scheduled Coaching Webinars You will need to sign up ahead of time (to get the log-in information) in order to participate in the free Coaching Webinars Past Coaching Webinars are stored in the “Careers” section of the Webinars homepage, and can be accessed IAB’s CoachingWebinars
