How to make delicious spinach, feta, and fava pie - Best recipes mybestrecipez.com/2019/04/how-to-make-delicious-spinach-feta-and-fava-pie.html Ingredients For Making Spinach, Feta, And Fava Pie: 2 tablespoons of ice water 2 teaspoons of olive oil 1 large brown onion, finely chopped 2 cloves garlic, crushed 100g of feta disintegrated 2 tablespoons hard cheese or finely grated Parmesan cheese 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon peel 1/3 cup milk 4 eggs Baby Spinach 200g 2 cups (300g) of fresh fava beans 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 cup of wheat germ 160g butter, refrigerated, chopped Method For Making Spinach, Feta, And Fava Pie: 1. Put flour, wheat germ and butter in a food processor. Process until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs. Add 1 egg and ice water. Process until the mixture comes together and form a soft dough, adding extra water if needed. Turn around on a lightly floured surface. Knead until smooth. The shape on a disk. Wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate 30 minutes or until firm. 2. In the meantime, heat the oil in an expansive skillet over medium-high warmth. Add the onion. Cook for 5 minutes or until softened. Add the garlic.
