Participants ( individual / organisations ) will learn an insight overview of how our microsoft excel training programs beginner, intermediate & advanced level can be used to gather, analyse, summarize, and report data that we come across in our daily work. It also involves building analytical models to help organisation increase profits, reduce costs, or manage operations more efficiently. Heavy emphasis is placed on mastering Microsoft Excel, especially the various categories of functions (i.e. financial, statistical, informational, logical, database, and lookup) and other built-in features. Practical examples are shown and taught to comprehend crucial skills to be more productive in decision making processes using spreadsheets. It also aims to align business missions into categorical data to perform number crunching techniques and interpreting these results. This eventually produces a higher level of competence in grasping business intelligence.

The Certified Training Professional designation recognizes individuals who complete the CTP Program. The award is given upon the satisfactory completion of a five-module competency-based skills development program which lasts for ten days and the submission of a set of required certification reports indicating the demonstration and application of the set of training competencies in an actual work-related setting within a ninety day post-training assessment period. Participants are expected to satisfactorily perform the tasks of a training professional using the set of twenty training competencies.
