  2. Cooking with Kids is about setting up a cooking experience for kids in schools to instill a love of sharing and preparing nutritious food together. Children will have the opportunity of contributing to the food they eat through actively cooking while learning about food and the importance of having a healthy diet. The focus is how to increase green foods while making it delicious and easy. The aim is to expose children to whole foods that nourish and build the immune system for wellbeing. If your school is wanting this experience to be facilitated by Munchkin Health Coaches to come in and talk to the parents and teachers to bring about a project of "Cooking with Kids" in your school email for further information.
