Country systems to manage climate finance Linkages between country systems and the UNFCCC process • Readiness and preparatory support of the GCF that reflects the needs • and challenges of developing countries. • Enhancement of enabling environments and policy frameworks to • facilitate the mobilization and effective deployment of climate finance. • Measurement, reporting and verification as means to effective delivery of climate finance.
