  2. INTRODUCTION • Ergonomics can define as science of fitting workplace conditions and job demands to the capabilities of the working population.

  3. The right way to sit in front computer • Head up • Shoulder must in relaxed position • Back erect and supported • Only moderate pressure at the front of the seat cushion • Feet firmly at footrest • Reference material is easy to look at • Hand in line with the forearms • Eye looking forward most of the time • Monitor approximately at eye height and an arms distance aways. • Eliminate any reflection on your monitor • Position any additional equipment in accessible

  4. Exercise for computer users • Spend at least 5 minutes every hour away from your computer. • Remember to only stretch to the pointof mild tension. • Try to incorporate the stretches into your daily routine.

  5. Hand exercise • Tightly clench your hand into a fist and release, fanning out the fingers, repeat this step 3 times. • Back and shoulders exercise -Stand up straight, place your right hand on your left shoulders and move your head back gently. Do the samething for the right shoulders.

  6. Head and neck shoulders • Move head sideways from left to right and back to left. • Move head backwards then forwards.
