Certification Requirements • On-site (Niceware) training for 3 days • Partner must send one or more technicians to Niceware’s home office in Milwaukee, WI for in-depth technical training on the NiceLabel Enterprise Series products. • One employed certified technician at all times. • Certification does not apply to a reseller/integration company. Certification is applied to an individual in the company. When the partner has a certified technician in-house, the partner will be allowed to sell the NiceLabel Enterprise Series Products. • Semi-Annual refresher • Certified technicians must attend an online WebEx refresher course two(2) times per year to maintain certification.
