  7. WARNING! • Matt. 12:34-35, “Brood of vipers! How can you, being evil, speak good things? For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks. A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good things, and an evil man out of the evil treasure brings forth evil things.”Mark 7:18-23

  8. WARNING! • Titus 1:15, “To the pure all things are pure, but to those who are defiled and unbelieving nothing is pure; but even their mind and conscience are defiled.”

  9. Lust • The idea of lust is a strong desire to have that which belongs to another or that which you are not entitled to. • LUST will very quickly taint the pure heart.

  10. Lust • Our society is driven by lust • Sensuality is everywhere – television, movies, music, books, magazines, billboards. • The greatest purveyors of lust are accessible from our homes! • Such will rapidly taint our hearts

  11. Lust • Matt. 6:22-23, The lamp of the body is the eye… • What we allow into our bodies through the eyes affects our heart. • Rom. 1:24, “Therefore God also gave them up to uncleanness, in the lusts of their hearts, to dishonor their bodies among themselves,”
