  2. Rules • I entered the classroom quietly and ready to learn. Rationale:Preparation is a very important. • I let others speak their opinion without conflict and only spoke when prompted. Rationale:Without patience, nothing gets done. • I restrained myself from yelling anytime in the classroom. Rationale: Rambunctious behavior is not tolerated. • I kept my area organized and constructed; I did not have stray paper or items in my work area. Rationale: Disorganization never gets you anywhere. • I respected others and their property. Rationale: Relationships with peers buil

  3. Implementing Rules Make sure students aren’t yelling or causing a ruckus while they enter the classroom, and if they are then remind them to be quiet. If another student talks out of turn or degrades another student, recite that we respect each other’s opinions and avoid conflict at all times. Whenever students get too loud, stay calm and don’t yell back at them. Be the assertive person in the situation and give the misbehaving students choices. Assist students in keeping their area clean if you see any disorganization on their desk. Disrespecting others and the property of others could possibly lead to a trip the dean’s office—remind the students of these consequences.
