  1. Educators have collaborative and deep conversations about students, standards, essential learnings, student work, primary and secondary resources, rigor, relevancy and examine areas of strength and growth for individuals and teams.

  2. Educators have deep, collaborative dialogue about what our students need to know to be able to meet or exceed the standards and essential learnings.

  3. Educators have deep, collaborative dialog about pre/post assessment, discuss the importance of selecting the most appropriate, strategic instructional strategies to enhance student learning. Educators collaboratively create backward designed units and lessons with the use of assessments to guide planning decisions.

  4. Educators implement thoughtful, strategic lessons with fidelity, continuously monitor student learning throughout instruction. Educators collaboratively reflect on data in regards to lesson delivery and student learning, analyze student work to ensure rigor and relevancy, empower students to develop and maintain their own goals and outcomes.

  5. Educators make adjustments before, during and after instruction to meet the needs of all students. Educators collaborate with colleagues to determine new pathways for learning.
