  3. GGHS Nallagutta (old) “Our Idea Jo School Badal De” • We want our school to be the best among our location. • We have a best Teachers and Students in our school, apart from school teachers we need many other facilities to make our school best among our location.

We the students of GGHS Nallagutta (old) are planning to develop our school library in many other aspects. • We have a school library with little and old books which are not in a proper condition to handle and read them. • So, we want a school library which is useful for teachers and students to develop our knowledge and entertain our self apart from school studies. Library

  7. Reading Habits: As Students Start reading and learning only when they have reading habit. Story books, comics develop reading habit energetically and enthusiastically. • Entertainment: Now a days education as became a burden with books and home works comic books etc can give an entertainment and also relax our mind. Why do we need a library

  8. Knowledge: Books like science educations and weeklies give us information regarding current affairs and latest developments in all fields. • Puzzles ,quiz books make our mind sharp and develop our I-Q. • Improvement of GK: Now a days general knowledge questions are to be answered in all competitive exams so this improves our GK.

  9. Language Skills: In a library there should be many language books which develop our language usage of proper words ,probers idioms…etc… • Three language program can be attained. • Refreshment for children: We have drawings, painting etc… in these books which can improve there talents in various arts.

  10. To develop Indian culture among us: We can know about different moments which have to be safe guarded and the steps we have to follow when we visit those places. • We can know about Indian history about our rulers, there polices,auto-biographies,freedom fighters, social statues in ancient time.

We as students should develop a habit of solving our problems by ourselves instead of depending on others. • We all have a habit of buying chocolates,biscuits,chips,mangoes,Guaves etc… • We students can contribute one day pocket money in every week for a library. Idea which can bring our school library

  13. We can keep a library box and rotate it every Monday to all classes. • So that days contributed can be collected with this money we can buy comics, story books,GK Books, Quiz and puzzles,essay,newspapers,sports magazines,litrature books etc…

  14. Books can improve our reading skills and communication. • They can develop the expression and presentation skills by reading different types of books. • To gain knowledge in different aspects, reading news paper in assembly. Usefulness of library

  15. We need donors for books. • Even old books can be donated . • Provide racks to place the books . • We need furniture in the library room. Requirements

  17. Maintenance of cleanliness and greenery in the school premises in clean and green program. Clean and Green

  18. Bathrooms should be clean and hygienic. • Classrooms should be clean . • Ground should be clean and green. • We should not throw papers in classroom. • We should throw in dustbin. How a school should be clean AND green.

  19. Plants should be cultivated in ground. • Plants give oxygen and spread fresh air. • Plants take Carbon dioxide and give oxygen.

  20. We can Start and Eco-Committee of interested students along with parents and teachers to organize and direct green activities at our school. • We should were the clean and neat uniform. Students should be involved in the plan of action along with teachers.

  21. In school we don’t have sweeper to clean ground. • We have requested to M.C.H to clean the school ,there also not coming • Every Saturday we should clean our school ground. The condition of our school

Now we have more waste in our school from the leaves are falling down from trees. • In rainy season branches are falling down. • In our school the primary students are eating food and throwing down and making school premises dirty. • We have no compound walls the outsiders will come to our school and tare the charts and breaking benches in our school.

In our school the cows ,goats enter in our school for grassing. • In our school no doors and windows .There are breaking tube lights and fans and switch boards. • Beside our school there is a nala, we get bad smell from that, water does not flow in the nala, so we get bad smell and mesquites are developing.

  24. In our school no compound walls, no proper water facilities . • No proper water facility for plantation. • No security due to lack of compound wall . • When it rains dirty water from drainage flow in front of our gate. • We have to walk in that water. Greenery condition in our school

  25. Filter water was provided by APSA Foundation, but water tank was broken by outsiders in holidays. • We have almond trees in our school premises ,students and outsiders to hit the tree and make school premises dirty.

  26. To close our broken compound wall, we placed iron sheets as a boundary. • We have placed branches having thorns where every the wall is broken. • This is not solving the problem, so we need a compound wall. How we can maintain cleanliness and greenery in our school

  27. We strictly made children not to throw stones at the trees. • Only fallen fruits can be taken home. • We told children to bring napkins ,place the Tiffin box on the napkin and throw the spilled food in dustbin. • We have plan to see that washed water at the water tank to flow toward plants.

  28. We are planning to give the responsibility to maintain this every day to one class. Greenery: We need a new and big pipe to water the plants. • We need a watch man in our school. • In the given time we are not able to clean the lawn.

  29. We remove weeds,papers,and plastic covers in the lawn having 80plants once in a week. • We are making children to have there lunch only in the ground and locking the building in lunch time. • The filtered water is used for drinking and the waste water for washing and watering plants.

  30. We have stopped planting flowering plants and plant only non flowering and fruits. • With the APSA foundation we could build water storage pits and a small compound wall for the lawn.

  31. We request all the donors to kindly grant funds to build a compound wall. • A pipe line connection from the water tap to the filter. • Replacement of new sintex tanks in the place of broken once. • MCH sweepers to clean the ground in regular intervals. For a successful maintance our requirements

  33. Status of Water facility in our school • We have a water tank with filter but is not in use as it is broken by outsiders in holidays. • We have a drinking water tap in pit which gets filled up very often ,the filled up water again enters into the pipe line by which we get dirty water. • Many students are getting sick by drinking this water.

  34. We have two sintex water tanks which are broken are not in use. • Tap water does not enter to the filter. • No proper maintance of toilets by primary children. • No separate toilets for primary and high school children.

  35. Needs to change our water facility • We need a pipe line from the pipe line to tap. • Replacement to broken sintex tanks. • Replacement of pipe with a new one to water the plants. • Maintance of the filtered water strictly for drinking and unfiltered water for washing and watering plants.
