  2. WHY? Youth Unemployment – a severe issue in Republic of Moldova

  3. RECHARGE! WHAT? CLUB Fight Club is the concept of a youth movement in Republic of Moldova. It encourages youth to fight for their rights, for their expectations, for their needs. It encourages actions to be made within the network of youth professionals. If government doesn’t listen to you, you shall become the government. If press ignores you, you shall become the press. If teachers don’t teach you, you shall become the teacher. You shall become the network. Due to its unlimited timing, in a first phase of the project w propose to implement an NGO, Fight Club, as a star-up for achieving our objectives. As a temporal office for our organization will act a classroom kindly offered by “Prometeu-Prim” lyceum. In this phase matters like final organization, financing, team creations will be set up. We’ll try to find sponsors through a very open-minded network of Cluj-Napoca. Due to this partnership Cluj-Napoca city will get their benefices and will be better prepared to deal with the title of European Youth Capital. As wll the project will be proposed to Youth in Action for funding. The NGO’s itself will be composed from several special departments, that lately will act as independent projects: Career Center, Value Builder, Project writing and management.

  4. HOW? Make Propaganda! Reeducate population! Rebuild values, morals, behavior, norms.

  5. OUTCOMES • A motivated team to make a change • At least 100 youth respecting right values and being an active member of the society • At least 15 teachers involved in side-education • At least 2 local NGO’s promoting our values • At last 5 Romanian NGO’s as partners and promoters • At least At least 5 lyceums, 2 colleges and 2 universities involved in our activities
