  4. SCORE Chapters • Members are the same • Difference is culture • Client focused • Operationally focused • Everyone is mission driven, but some don’t understand the mission completely

  6. Awareness SCORE Chapters have an awareness problem: • “Well kept secret” • “I didn’t know you were there” • “You joined SCORE? What’s that?”

My Chapter Chair… *From the Volunteer Engagement Survey …regularly provides recognition for my accomplishments (72%) …has communicated a plan for executing on SCORE’s vision (81%) …inspires new ideas and better ways of doing things (74%) …clearly communicates his/her expectations of me (71%) …cares about me as an individual (79%)
