What is CAPP? • CAPP in an online degree evaluation system, which shows your progress toward graduation • Because CAPP evaluation is updated instantly, you can check your final grades, current registrations and any outstanding program requirements • CAPP evaluation is available to you and your advisor through NLU Portal

  3. Track the progress toward your graduation at any time by accessing your degree evaluation online • Review your program requirements and see which requirements were already completed • See what courses and other requirements you still need to complete • Check your In-Progress Courses, Courses Not Used and more

  4. Go to www.nl.eduand select NLU Portal to access CAPP

  5. EnterUser Name, Password andLogin 5

  6. ChooseStudent Servicesto access your academic information 6

  7. Select Degree Evaluation; it opens in the new window 7

  8. Verify yourPrograminformation and GenerateNewEvaluation 8

  9. Check theProgram button, select the currentTerm andGenerate Request 9

  10. Your evaluation shows the program and the catalog term you are required to fulfill

  11. You can also check overall requirements like Program GPA, Minimum Hours, or Final Residency for your degree

  12. View the requiredcourses on the left and see how you fulfilledthem on the right

  13. Check requirements you still need to meet

  14. Click on the missing course to see more detailed information

  15. After you are done, select Return to Previous to go back to your degree plan

  16. In addition, view other information like Program Restricted Subjects or In-Progress Courses listed at the bottom of the page bottom
