2. Process Mapping Session Outline Today’s process work session: Will take approximately three hours. Will capture your knowledge of your high-level process. Is a hands on session: The sticky notes and sharpie pens are for you to use in assisting in the documentation of your process. The sticky notes will be kept to simple phrases using a verb and noun. Example: “Receive Information”.

3. Process Mapping Work Session Results Today’s results: The information obtained today will be used to create a high-level swimlane map of your process. Disconnect and Parking Garage issues will be documented and tracked throughout the process work to be addressed later on.

Any missing, confusing, unneeded, or misdirected inputs or outputs to your process.
