  5. Being a back: • Must have good hand and eye • coordination • Must be able to sprint fast and • change speed frequently while • running during the game

  6. Line Outs *A line out is the equivalence of a throw-in in football

  7. Being a family One heart, one team, one family.

  8. Getting down and dirty and doing some sweet tackling!
