  4. Regional Haze Plan Development • Monthly updates from Don Arkell on forum activities • Central point for coordinating planning activities between WRAP and Non-WRAP projects • IWG

SIP Reform • The plan was to provide some feedback to the Air Quality Management Subcommittee of the Clean Air Act Advisory Committee • 3.2 Protocol for SIP Development (R-5) 3.3 Clearinghouse of Approved SIPs 3.4 Streamline Minor SIP Revisions 3.5 Timely EPA Guidance 3.6 Avoid Unnecessary Public Hearings 3.7 Facilitate Redesignation Process for Certain Areas 3.12 Regional Approaches to SIP Planning
