  3. Orientation and Question Description • We will have 5 minutes for this section • Our Question: • In these economic times, how can we ensure financial sustainability of our academy within local school district budgets?

  4. Solution and Strategy Generation • We will have 15 minutes for this section • Identify a recorder, a facilitator, a timekeeper • Identify up to 3 potential solutions and 3 potential strategies for implementation at each table

  5. Report Outs and Strategy Generation • You will have 45 minutes for this section • Each table will report out one solution and strategy • These will be recorded in real time onto the Director's Connect Discussion Group • We will have a 5 minute discussion regarding implementation challenges

  6. Moving Forward • We will have 10 minutes for this section • Using Director Connect to continue the discussion • Continuous professional development and support brought to you by NAF and the Pearson Foundation
