  3. SMART Goal By March 31st, 2009, Team C.A.R.E. Bears will raise $1200.00 for The C.A.R.E. Foundation to use towards their daily necessities such as food and accommodations for their animals.

Service Learning Project Project Manager: Jarret Halker • Goal: Raise $200 by completing by 20 hours of volunteer work valued at $10/hour by 3/16/09 • Actual: Completed 63.5 hours of volunteer time on 3/14/09 and 3/15/09 valued at $635 plus $100 in cash donations • Where: The C.A.R.E. Foundation • Building animal enclosures • Clearing brush • Cutting down trees • Sorting food • Feeding animals • Cleaning out refrigerators • Washing food bowls Team C.A.R.E. Bears will perform an on-site service project for the C.A.R.E. Foundation valued at $200.00 by March 16th, 2009.
