Wetland Delineation and Determination Manual • New manual to replace the 1987 Corps of Engineers Wetland Delineation Manual • Effort has been made to make the manual relevant to both Clean Water Act and Food Security Act determinations and delineations so that all Federal Wetlands will be identified using the same method.
