Project Idea • Our project, in continuity of PAMAP project aims at defining a digital interactive system based on sensors to asses physical activity and to encourage attempting a adapted level of physical activity in order to prevent the effects of aging, physical fatigue and stressin activities of work-related and daily living. The system is intended for active people over 55 years. • The system will implement technological solutions able to analyze data issued from sensors, to securely transmit information and to propose an adapted feedback taking into account physical and socio-psychological information. • The aim is to stimulate the motivation of people in setting goals and giving them feedback as often as they wish. It will be less restrictive as possible, with a friendly interfacegiving evaluation of a day (or longer) activity after automatic transmission. • The system will be supported by a social network platform to increase the socialization aspect that strongly contribute to the quality of life.
