UCLA Health Sciences EHR Project Goals To make UCLA Health Sciences the most information-rich academic medical center in the country Ourgoals for the EHR project are to: • Enable an outstanding patient experience • Facilitate high quality, safe, and efficient care • Ensure availability, portability, and seamless flow of information • Facilitate easy capture and analysis of data • Promote UCLA’s position as a leader, innovator, and destination for patient care, medical education, and clinical research • Contribute to UCLA’s ability to recruit the best and brightest students, residents, fellows, faculty, and staff This is a transformation of how we deliver care as an institution
