  11. Solutions • Cut Down Current Activities 重新審核哪些活動是必要的？哪些不是必要的？ • Strategically Plan Future Activities 教會現在最需要的是什麼？如何使平常的聚會就可以滿足這些需要，而不必再辦一堆特別聚會？例：主日講台、華神神學課程、培靈聚會….

Cut Down Current Activities • Weekly Activities will remain (主日崇拜、禱告會、團契、小組) • Annual Events will cut Welcome Party &Picnic * 鼓勵各小組或家庭自行決定OutreachEvents * 借力使力: MSU Small Animal Day / Spring River Walk * 讓學生事工和教會事工不淪為辦康樂活動，有更多精力、時 間來作慕道朋友的Follow up • Special Programs : Needs will be addressed and accommodated in Weekly Activities and Annual Events. 如果要增加一個特別聚會，就要調整、減少一個現有聚會。
