  4. WHAT POSITIONS ARE AVAILABLE? 1. FINANCE & ACCOUNTING STAFF - JAKARTA Job Descriptions: Report to Finance/Accounting DGM Prepare monthly management report Prepare and distribute weekly credit report Maintain and control credit facility Prepare monthly outstanding debt Prepare monthly financial report Check and maintain GL (including branches) Prepare and reconcile monthly unsettle deposit container and demurrage Prepare monthly disbursement GSA reconciliation Requirements: Candidate must possess  Bachelor Degree major Accounting with min. GPA 3.00 Closing financial skill is a must Has general knowledge about withholding tax and VAT. Applicants must be willing to work in Menara Global 3rd Fl JlJendGatotSubrotoKav 27. INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY & BUSINESS PROCESS STAFF - JAKARTA Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent with min. GPA 3.00 At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Staff specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent. Having skill in Oracle Database Form and Report  Developer is mandatory Having skill in  Dot Net - Visual Studio  and  SQL Server would be advantage Communicative, Trustworthy and  good in teamwork. Applicants must be willing to work in Menara Global 3rd Fl JlJendGatotSubrotoKav 27. Full-Time position available.

SALES SUPPORT STAFF - JAKARTA Job Descriptions: Report to Trade Managers Identify and develop potential new business and, maintain existing customers with good conduct of services. Coordinate and cooperate with other departments, branch offices, and counterpart offices. Focus on customers-oriented services Distribute to all branches and up-date  for any trade guidance Monitor market and competitor activities Monitor timely release of Bill of lading  and minimize outstanding freight Prepare Daily Booking Report update. Follow up rate request from shippers. Requirements: Candidate must possess  Bachelor Degree with min. GPA 3.00 Applicants must be willing to work in Menara Global 3rd Fl JlJendGatotSubrotoKav 27. Good communication in English, Teamwork, Detail, Accurate, Analytic & Tactful Full-Time position available.

SALES EXECUTIVE - SURABAYA Job Descriptions: Report to Branch Manager Identify and develop potential new business and maintain existing customers with good conduct of services Focus on customers-oriented services with full integrity by quick response and full utilization of resources (computer, telephone, fax, etc) Requirements: Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree with min GPA 3.00 Possess own car is a must to support daily activities in maintaining customer Applicants must be willing to work in Wisma BII15th Fl.
