Rowe • The Design • The design is an interpretation of the Casa Rosada, pulling several specific elements from the mansion. • Intricate decoration was a must to convey the lavish and opulent nature of the structure. • Louvered doors were an important element for both scenic and lighting effect.

Schedule Ruth Richardson, TD • Schedule • Developed a projected build schedule • Considered possible issues with scheduling • USITT • Spring Break • Twelfth Night load in and Proof strike • Scheduling had to be revamped when carpenters were needed for Twelfth Night. • Created a pinch point in completing the set on time. • Time was gained by utilizing spring break for the moving balcony and louvered doors.
