20. Seasons Changing Tilt of the earths axis causes the changes in the seasons. If the axis didn’t tilt we wouldn’t have changes in seasons. Instead, the area near the equator would receive most of the sun. Additionally, the north and south hemisphere would be cold all year round.

38. Tundra Endangered species? GLOBAL WARMING The earth heats up because of what we call a “green house effect.” Gases in our atmosphere trap heat and light from the sun causing temperatures to rise. The rising temperatures cause the snow and ice in the tundra to melt. This ruins the environment that the species live in and puts their lives in danger or even kills them. It also puts them at risk for becoming an endangered species.
