  1. Printing Envelopes Important instructions for envelope printing on your Ricoh device Click your mouse or press your “Down Arrow” key to advance

  2. Use the bypass tray for feeding envelopes through your machine. Be sure to open the flap(s) on the envelope(s) you will be feeding. Insert the envelope(s) face up with the bottom edge(s) pointing into the machine. The flaps should trail as they feed through the device. Follow the normal procedure for printing envelopes with the program you are using, whether you use a wizard or set your options manually. Be sure you have selected the correct envelope size, landscape printing, and the bypass tray as your paper source.
