  3. Operation 1. Insert Charged Battery 2. Press the On/Off Button This will automatically launch the Innov-X Software

  4. Startup Screen Upon power up, the following screen will be displayed The user has the option to either acknowledged the radiation notice and START the Innov-X software or elect to Quit the software

  5. Initialization After selecting Start on the startup screen, the test screen will be displayed and show the initialization progress Cal Check – formally know as standardization does not need to be run when suggested and allows testing to continue To perform a Cal Check select the tools button on this screen and then select the Cal Check button on the tools screen

  6. Cal Check To prompt a Cal Check – perform a Cal Check by selecting the tools button on the test screen and then the Cal Check button on the tools screen The test screen will then be displayed with the Cal Check progress

  8. Ready to Test Screen Screen Lock Keyboard Spectrum Battery Green when fully charged , Red when it needs to be changed Expand Test Conditions Results Start A test can be initiated by the software or by pulling the trigger Home

  9. Pull the Trigger to Start a Test • As the instrument is taking a measurement a live update of the grade and chemistry will be displayed • The progress bar at the bottom will indicate the time elapsed

  10. Results Screen Grade Match The Match # after the grade signifies the closeness to the grade spec a match # of 0 is an Exact Match. The higher this # the farther out of spec the material is from the grade Results Navigation Select Date Setting to Results Export

  11. Exporting Results Select the Date of Results Inside the Tools Menu

  12. Shutting Down Analyzer Off • From the Set up Tab Restart
