  6. THE PROBLEMS PROBLEM NO-1 EMPLOYEES ARE NOT CONVERSANT (SUFFICIENT KNOWLEDGE) WITH RULES AND REGULATIONS ESPECIALLY ON HR AND SERVICE MATTERS

  7. PROBLEM NO-2 • MOST OF THE EMPLOYEES LACK PROFESSIONALISM i.e • DEFICIENCY OF COMMITMENT TOWARDS DUTIES AND TAKE THE JOB CASUALLY • JUST DO WORK BECAUSE THEY ARE PAID FOR IT • AVAIL LEAVE WITHOUT CARING ANY DELAY IN WORK ASSIGNED • LACKS URGE FOR MORE LEARNING OR SELF DEVELOPMENT

PROBLEM NO-1 IS RESULTING IN TO :- • COMPLICATIONS IN DAY TO DAY AFFAIRS • IN SOME CASES EVEN LITIGATION IN COURTS • INCREASING COMPLAINTS OF EMPLOYEES AND STAKEHOLDERS • WASTAGE OF TIME IN RESOLVING THE ISSUES • BAD IMPACT ON IMAGE OF THE ORGANIZATION AT OUTSIDE. • EFFECTING EMPLOYEES MOTIVATION AND PERFORMANCE.

  9. PROBLEM NO-2 IS RESULTING INTO:- • LOW QUALITY OUT PUT • NO INNOVATIVE WORK OR IDEAS • SENIOR MANAGEMENT BECAME INDIFFERENT TO THEIR CAREER DEVELOPMENT

  11. WEAKNESSES • INEFFICIENT SYSTEM OF EVALUATION • NO CLEARLY DEFINED ACCOUNTABILITY SYSTEM • JOB PROTECTION

  12. OPPORTUNITIES • POTENTIAL OF EXPERIENCED EMPLOYEES • DEVELOPMENT OF ENGINEERING SECTOR • ENHANCEMENT OF ENGINEERING GOODS EXPORTS. • BUILD IMAGE OF THE ORANIZATION WITHIN /ABORAD

  13. THREATS • IMAGE OF ORGANIZATION IN MEDIA AND OUT SIDE GOVT. AGENCIES / AUTHORITIES • SLASHING OF FUNDS BY THE GOVERNMENT • MERGER OF ORGANIZATION IN THE MAIN MINISTRY & LOSS OF ORGANIZATION AUTONOMY

  14. RECOMMENDATIONS • DEVISING OF A SOUND PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL SYSTEM AND CAREER DEVELPOMENT PLAN • PERFORMAMCE BASED INCENTIVES • TRANING ON PERSONALITY AND ATTITUDE IMPROVEMENT • EFFECTIVE UTILIZATION OF EMPLOYEES’ EXPERIENCE

  15. RECOMMENDATIONS……… • DISSIMINATION OF INFORMATION ON RULES MATTERS THROUGH INTERNAL MEETING/ CIRCULARS • UTILIZING EMPLOYEES’ LOYALTY FOR IMAGE BUILDING
