  6. REGISTRATION PROCESS • Download form from: • www.hpepoints.com/in • Fill up registration form • Courier the claim form to: • Hp E-Points Program Cell,c/o • Surfgold.com India Private limited, • S-10, 3RD floor, Green Park • Extension Market, New Delhi 110016 • Or Fax (011-26512563)

  7. WHO IS ELIGIBLE? All Sales Representatives (SR’s) of HP Premier Business Partner (PBP) and Business Partner (BP) are eligible to participate in this program (excluding wholesalers) SR’s participation is conditional on the approval of the owner manager or Director of their respective company along with the Channel Manager’s approval

  8. How To Earn E-Points SALE OF ELIGIBLE HP PRODUCTS* EARNS YOU EPOINTS *List of eligible HP products is available on the HP E-Points website, which is updated every 15 days

PROCESS BRIEF 1.ALL REGISTERED SR’S MUST SEND IN THEIR CLAIMS TO THE HP E-POINTS CLAIM CENTER, WITHIN 90 DAYS OF END-USER BILLING DATE 2.POINTS CAN BE CLAIMED ONLY AGAINST THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH HAVE BEEN SOLD WITHIN 60 DAYS OF PURCHASE FROM THE DISTRIBUTOR ( TIER-1) 3.CLAIM FORMS MUST BE SUPPORTED WITH WHOLESALER AND END USER INVOICES

  12. STEP 1: LOG ON TO WWW.HPEPOINTS.COM • STEP 2: SELECT INDIA AND LOG IN WITH YOUR E-POINTS USER ID AND PASSWORD • STEP 3: SELECT THE REWARD OF YOUR CHOICE AND SIMPLY CLICK ON “SUBMIT” • STEP 4: YOUR CHOICE OF REWARD WILL BE SHIPPED TO YOU.
