Transportation Impact Fee Update • Transportation Study included new fees for many land uses • BCC Direction to keep fees “at current levels” • February 12, 2013 BCC Approved New Impact Fee Schedule and Ordinance • Applied 42% Rate of Calculated Fee thru August 15, 2014 • Applied 56% Rate of Calculated Fee Thereafter • Effective Date May 20, 2013
