2. Consortium • InMuSWB consortium will consolidate efforts of 18 institutions from • higher education, • enterprises, • science, • association of universities, • governmental and • professional organizations. • Tasks are defined and distributed in a balanced way making results achievable within the project's time-frame.

3. UA will be responsible for: a) administration of the project in accordance with the application and the terms of the grant agreement awarded, b) administration and financial management, c) daily management, coordination and monitoring, d) project web page, e) dissemination f) quality control (one representative in the Project Board for Quality Control, Assessment and Monitoring). • Lead partner for WP: 1, 2, 5, 7, 8

4. UA will work on all strands of the project: • modernization of the curricula in terms of interdisciplinarity, content, teaching and assessment methods and materials; • design and implementation of one BA program Jazz&Pop music; • reform of the interdisciplinary study programs (musicology, ethnomusicology) at MA level in the 2. project year. • strengthening of the LLL centre, • design and realization of LLL courses, • participation in the Forum of higher music education institutions (FHMEI), • support of organization and activities of Music students union (MSU) and • creation of alumni association.

5. UNS will contribute by working on: • modernization of curricula (content, teaching methodsand materials), • design and realization of LLL courses, • participation in the Forum of higher music education institutions (FHMEI), • hosting FMHEI in May, 2013, • hosting workshop "Curricula modernization and development for the first and second cycle of studies" in May, 2013, • support of organization and activities of Music students union (MSU), • hosting annual meeting of MSU in May, 2013, • creation of alumni association, • quality control (one student representative in the Project Board for Quality Control, Assessment and Monitoring). • Lead partner for WP 4 (LLL courses)

6. UKG will be involved in: • design and implementation of BA programs (Wind instruments) and PhD programs (Music in media, Theory?, Performance); • realization of LLL courses; • participation in the Forum of higher music education institutions (FHMEI), • hosting FMHEI in May, 2014 • hosting workshop "Curricula modernization and development for the first and second cycle of studies" in May, 2014 • support of organization and activities of Music students union (MSU) • hosting annual meeting of MSU in May, 2014 • Lead partner for WP 3 (implementation of study programs)

7. UP will be involved in: • modernization of the curricula in terms of interdisciplinarity, content, teaching&assessment methods and materials; • design and implementation of BA program and interdisciplinary courses in MA program • participation in the Forum of higher music education institutions (FHMEI), • support of organization and activities of Music students union (MSU) and

8. UNSA will contribute by: • modernization of the curricula in terms of interdisciplinarity, content, teaching& assessment methods and materials; • implementation of 1 reformed interdisciplinary study program (musicology and ethnomusicology) at BA, • implementation of several elective courses (on LLL, accordion...), • design and implementation of one MA program (Piano teaching methods), • realization of LLL courses, • participation in the Forum of higher music education institutions (FHMEI), • hosting FMHEI in May, 2012, • support of organization and activities of Music students union (MSU). • Lead partner for WP 6 (dissemination)

9. SPU will work with other consortium members on: • improvement of content, music teaching&assessment methods, • implementation of one reformed study program (music pedagogy) at BA and MAlevel in the second project year, • feasibility study of new PhD program, • LLL courses, • participation in the Forum of higher music education institutions (FHMEI), • support of organization and activities of Music students union (MSU).

10. EU academic partners will provide structured and up-to-date information regarding definitions of benchmarks for reformed and new study programs. • They will offer training for flexible and mobile experts and participate implementation of redesigned and new curricula and • host student for mobility purposes. • KMH will: a) provide expertise in designing music modules and BAand PhD programs b) be responsible teachers and trainersstraining c) participate in implementation of new/reformed study programs d) host librarians from PC academic institutions e) host one student mobility f) participate quality assurance and appropriateness of curricula

11. UL will contribute through the transfer of knowledge and experience, concerning both the development and implementation of new and modernized study programmes, especially in jazz, applicative and interdisciplinary music research. Besides, it will offer training for teachers in the field of world music and interdisciplinarity in music and criticism. It will host PC students for intensive courses.

12. LMTA will provide structured and up-to-date information regarding definitions of benchmarks, for new and reformed study programs. It will offer training for teachers and participate implementation of redesigned and new curricula. LMTA will hoststudent mobility.

13. Updates and new developments made by JAMU in the previous period will be of the foremost importance for the project. • JAMU will: a) participate in designing music modules and BA and MA programs b) host training of teachers and trainers c) participate in implementation of new/reformed study programs and d) host PC students for mobility purposes.

14. As the cultural and educational network AEC is devoted to stimulating and supporting international collaboration between member institutions. • Being involved in realization of many of the Bologna objectives in the field of music, AEC will contribute to: • improvement procedures, • planning of professional development and training (training of LLL trainers), • quality assurance (one representative in the Project Board for Quality Control, Assessment and Monitoring) and dissemination activities, • student placements.

15. Rich experience of Phonogrammarchiv of OEAW in archiving music collections, digitizing tapes, documenting and transcribing, will be crucially important for strengthening links between research and education. • This partner will provide: • training of the staff, • visiting lectures and • host student mobility/placement.

16. RTS, as one of the largest national broadcasting companies in the region, and one of the major stakeholders employing significant number of diverse musical profiles (in several orchestras, choir and other music ensembles; critics, editors, producers, sound engineers, etc) will take part in: • defining outcomes and competences for certain curricula, • student placements, and • it's employees will benefit from LLL courses. • RTS will significantly participate in dissemination of project results.

17. SPUS, together with students from other PC universities (members of other student organizations which are not legal bodies), will: • organize MSU • participate in other dissemination and sustainability activities, • be involved in quality assurance procedures, project management, mobility and placements.

18. PIRS and ICV will act as intermediary institutions between enterprises, as service users, and educational institutions, as service providers. • They will be involved in: a) specification of learning outcomes and competences in line with needs of labour market, b) formal recognition and implementation of LLL courses and c) coordination and organization of student placements.

19. MOB and UKS will have similar roles in the consortium (without formal recognition) in order to secure wider target-groups. • They will have active role in: a) implementation of LLL courses and b) coordination and organization of student placements.

20. Responsibilities • Project partners will: • do everything in their power to foster the implementation of the project; • use the given funds exclusively for the purposes defined by the Project; • be responsible for the sound financial management of the funds allocated to the project part; • delegate one member for the Steering Committee (contact person); • complete their activities foreseen for each reporting period of the project implementation;

21. Responsibilities • Partners will submit appropriate reports forms, together with supporting documentation (Individual Mobility Report for travel costs and costs of stay – "IMR" and Convention for Staff Costs - “Convention” forms, boarding passes, copies of invoices, copies of corresponding decisions, etc.) to the UA • Partner Report: • activity report (activities carried out and their outputs and results during the reporting period), • financial report (costs incurred in accordance with the approved Application Form).

22. Responsibilities • Deadlines for Partner Reports: • I Partner Report – 15th April 2012; • II Partner Report – 15th October 2012; • III Partner Report – 15th April 2013 (or 3 weeks before deadline of Intermediate report, defined in Annex III of Grant Agreement – which comes first); • IV Partner Report – 15th October 2013; • V Partner Report – 15th April 2014; • VI Partner Report - 30 days before deadline of Final report.
