The straps on the seatbelt are very tight, which is an example of mechanical energy.
To pull the cart to the first hill they use wheels and chains that are powered by electrical energy. They also use petroleum to power the wheels which inside the petroleum contains chemical energy.
At the top of a hill, carts possess a large quantity of potential energy.
As the cars fall from the first drop they lose much of this potential. The cart gains kinetic energy.
As it’s falling the tires on the metal poles causes high vibration and heat and it stirs up the molecules creating thermal energy.
