Preferences given on the territory of industrial zone • Allocation of parcels of land for куте with an opportunity of further buy-out (13 tenge for m2) • - An opportunity to buy plot of land for installment (861 tenge for m2); • - Order of allocation of plot land takes 5 days; • -Availability of own private expertise of working projects ; • - Tariff for water is lower for 25 % than beyond the borders of IZ (30 tenge); • - Tariff for electricity is lower for 25% than beyond the borders of IZ (7,5 tenge); • - Availability of railways dead-end siding for common use; • - Availability of international airport «Shymkent»; • - The content of infrastructure and roads is realized at the expense of IZ directorate ; • - Content of the system of ecologic safety ; • Maintenance of investment project until realisationaccording to the principle of investors servicing through “one window” • (preparation of all documentation will be carried out by IZ directorate); • - Subsidizing credits and private guarantying through program «Road map-2020»; • - Of trade-logistic center in Shymkent; • - Advantages of joining to Customs Alliance; • - Construction of international transport corridor “West Europe-West China In accordance to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan from 8th of January 2003 N 373 «About investment” by means of contract conclusion with authorized bodies the following investment preferences are given : - Customs duties exemption - State grants
