  2. Listing Central – Launched 6/14/2010 New 21Online-based tool to enhance your listings. Quickly and easily search and edit listings through a user friendly interface. Brokers/Admin High roles can create listings as well as enhance them for their company/office Agents can edit/enhance their listings Additions and enhancements will update CREST EDG and century21.com automatically and immediately. Replaces ‘Listing Editor’ and resolves associated slideshow and photo issues
  3. Welcome to Listing Central The Listing Central Broker view gives quick and easy access to tools and features required to CREATE and EDIT listing records.
  4. Some Additional Benefits Multiple photo upload Increased both Listing Central & CREST EDG photo limits to 50 from 20 Enhanced search and filtering of listings Can post additional documents with listing Drag & drop photo / slideshow editing Ability to preview before publishing changes

Note about Back-Office Interfaces Companies that use back-office listing database systems such as Lucero, AccountTECH, Lone Wolf, Taro Pro Gold or UDS will be able to access Listings Central, but with some limitations. 3PI companies have specifically chosen to use a single interface for all their listing data Will not feed back to CREST EDG, back-office system or Listing Distribution partners Will update and enhance listing on century21.com only
  6. Benefits to back office system users While Listing Central works differently for companies with 3rd party listing interfaces (3PI) there are still benefits for these users. Much improved user interface, including Multiple photo upload increased # photos that can be included with a c21.com listing (to 50) Enhanced search and filtering of listings can post additional documents with listing, incl. video, floor plans, etc. Preview before publishing Simplified drag and drop photo / slideshow editing Fixes known slideshow and other Enhanced Listing editor issues

Listing Data Flow Typical Listing Central data flow Listing Distribution Partners CREST EDG Edits using Listing Central for non-3PI users also flow to CREST EDG, and thus 3rd party listing distribution partners. Century21.com Listing Central 3rd Party Interface (3PI) data flow Back Office System CREST EDG Listing Central 3rd party listing interface users cannot: Create new listings in Listing Central (or in CREST for that matter), their 3PI is designed to do this for them and the 3PI feed only goes one way Since there is only a one-way feed of data to CREST allowed for 3PI users, we cannot also send updated data from Listing Central because it may conflict with their 3PI feed.
