  1. Senior Class Spring Information Prepared by VP Paige Hill and Advisor Ms. Rita Hobby-Barrett

Important Prom Dates • Thursday June 26th • 7pm, Villa Barone Hilltop Manor • A Night in Paris • Prom Tickets are $120 each • Includes dinner, dj, favors, etc. • Down-payments of $20 are due MARCH 21st • After this date, the price will go up to $140 each • All tickets must be paid in full by MAY 2nd • No refunds after APRIL 7th

Eligibility at Prom • To be eligible to attend prom you: • Must have at least 13 credits • Cannot be suspended/expelled within two weeks of the date of the prom (6/26) • Guests to PHS Prom must: • Be no older than 20 • Have a letter of recommendation from a guidance counselor, teacher, employer, etc. • Be approved by Ms. Barrett and/or Mr. Hutchinson

  4. Prom Continued • Table reservations will be made starting in April. • Ten people to a table, please see Lindsey Torres. • Operation Promis reaching out to help students attend their prom by offering designer dresses for ONE DOLLAR!! • The event will take place Sunday, April 6 from 12:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. at Villa Barone in Mahopac. Students must pre-register for the event at www.operationprom.org. • Sponsored in part by Peekskill grad ‘13, Miss Cinco de Mayo Peekskill Arianna Memoli • The Prom Committee will meet on Friday March 21st at 2:15 • To discuss budget, decorations, entertainment, ect. See Lindsey Torres. All are welcome.

  5. After Prom • We will also be selling tickets to an optional after-prom party • Copacabana in Times Square feat. DJ Camilo • General Admission • $45 Grants admission to the Copacabana After Prom Party Please see Jaylyn Graham

  6. Important announcements • Yearbook Epitaph & Advice • due Friday March 14th • Epitaph (quote) and advice can be entered online at http://byrned.com/phsyearbook • Please see Mrs. Byrne or Ms. Mannion for additional information/questions • Yearbooks are almost sold out • you can access the order website on the bottom left hand corner of the PHS website, using code 4370 • There is still time to order senior sweatshirts! • Please see Ms. Barrett for an order form. $40 sweatshirt, $45 with name. Comes in blue, grey and red!

  7. Upcoming Fundraisers • St. Patrick’s Day Bake Sale on Monday March 17th at 2:15 in the hallway by the library. • Please bring in baked goods to support your class. See Dyani Sanchez for a signup sheet. • Our Third Annual Fashion Show will be on Thursday May 15. • We are looking for models: girls and boys, from all grades to participate. Rehearsals will start in April. Please see Dyani Sanchez.

  8. Third Quarter Seniors As of today, March 13th 3 Months Until The Last Day of Classes 105 Days Until Senior Prom 108 Days Until Graduation NOTE: All ticket payments, sweatshirt orders, guest approvals, etc. must be handed in to Ms. Barrett in room 238 afterschool.
