Getting into HSIN • Preferred browser for HSIN is Internet Explorer • Type in the following url: https://hsin.dhs.gov (do not use the link you saved in your favorites to avoid any issues) • Having trouble? Clear cache and delete browsing history, then contact us or 24/7 Help Desk • Ask a Mission Advocate for a Troubleshooting Guide!
