  1. Types of Electrical LT Panels Used in Industry Electrical panels are nothing but a load centre. All electrical operations like power distribution, power transmission, power grid protection is done using only electrical panels. The electrical scheme (wiring diagram) will be installed using electrical panels and electrical panels are a prudent installation of electrical schematic. These include trip circuits, closing circuits, busbars, cables, MCCB, MCB, MPCB, NO and NC, etc. Electrical panels are ensuring safe distribution of electricity in the load. Electrical panels are manufactured from rolled steel and well-shaped either rectangular or square. Electrical panels are classified into different types according to the application. Control panel PCC - Power Center MCC - Control Center Feeder Pillar Power Distribution Board Control panel: The control panel has circuit control elements such as relays, meters, alarm circuits, PLC, SMPS, small power source etc. These panels will be placed near the up keep operator place or the operator panel will be monitored. DC motor nipple details detail PCC panel: PCC can be a small type of power centre. This is always the heart of the negative feedback circuit. The output of the generator or transformers is given to the PCC. Main power circuit devices will be installed during this panel. These include circuit breakers, busbars, PT (potential transformers), CT (current transformers), insulators, etc. During this panel main safety circuits are to be installed to protect transformers, motors, generators etc. The output power from the PCC panel will be distributed to the MCC panel through the feeder.

  2. MCC panel: The MCC could soon be a kind of control canter. It contains a feeder. And the feeder has motor starter, SFU, MCB, MCCB, MPCB, control transformer, meter etc. Once you open the doors of the MCC panel, you can access all circuit breakers or fuses. Usually, one of these panels feeds all the circuits inside the power station or other electrical applications but there may also be situations where there are other sub-panels where radicals such as welding distribution boards or lighting distribution boards serve the area. Feeder Pillar Electrical feeder pillar is mounted on the road and are used to control the power supply in very close houses. Feeder pillar is another term for cut-out enclosure or reverse electrical connection used as a neighbour of an underground electrical distribution system. Electrical distribution poles offer low voltage power connections for single units or complex developments for commercial, residential and solar sectors. Mini feeder piles are used for utility substations, M&E building services, hazardous area industries and renovations. Highway columns are used for industrial CCTV, traffic signals, outdoor street lighting power, motorway communications and control and distribution. Power Distribution Board A power distribution board (PDB panel) can be a component of an electric system that distributes electric power through a breaker and switch fuse unit to a subsidiary circuit. The power distribution board is also known as the facility distribution board panel of the electrical panel. In addition, it is fully equipped with all kinds of air circuit breakers, switch fuse unit, contactor, protective relay, fuse, meter, indicator lamps, push buttons, bus bar etc. Additionally, all power distribution boards (PDB panels) that have been pre-treated for reduction, water rinsing and de-rusting / phosphating, all LT panels are also painted with powder coated or synthetic enamel as desired. After that, seven tank processes created by the painter. Similarly, bus bars / internal wiring is uniformly supported by cross-section and SMC and DMC base.
