Description Johnson Electric “J.E.” Facility “Zacatecas Plant” Located 1 km from Zacatecas International Airport with address Blvd. Morelos #1109 Parque Industrial Aeropuerto, Municipio de Morelos, Zacatecas, México, the facility is placed in a land with 74,754.217 SqMt The building includes Production area, administrative and finance offices, guard house, chemical room, utilites areas. Includes docks doors and installations room. Construction of main building: Walls: Reinforced concrete walls (Tilt-up) prefabricated . Metal Structure, columns, trusses and joists. Metal roof 22 gauge. Concrete floors with urethane finish Roofing system TPO Building equipped with Fire Protection System (sprinklers and portable extinguishers), HVAC (4 Make Up units on roof, heaters and exhaust fans for restrooms). Will include two electrical substations, 1500 and 1000Kvas.

Highlights Tilt up walls: Thebuilding’sperimeterwalls are builtout of reinforced concrete panelsmakingthempart of themainstructure, withthissystemthebuilding’slifeisbetween 60 to 70 years (20 years more than a regular building) Light weightstructure:It’sdesignmakesit more versatiletohang pipes, cable trays, etc as well as a muchcleanerspace. (NOTE: Ifnecessarytohang more installationsreviewwithstructuralminimumrequirements) TPO roofingsystem: Thissystemisveryreliable and durable, normal systemslifetimeaverages 10 to 12 years, thissystemlifetime can go up to 20 yearswithoutanydoubt (purchasingextendantwarranty),in additionthesystem has beeninstalledbyone of thefewsubcontractorsrecognizedby FIRESTONE TPO membranesystems and theonlyonethat has reachedplatinumcertification in alltheAmericascontinent. Concrete aprons and curves: Theaprons and curves of thetrafficareas has beenupgradedto be out of concrete in ordertoextendtheirlifetime and durabilityto intense traffic. Floorsealant: Floorsealantwillhelpthe concrete slabtowithstand intense forklifttraffic , extendit normal lifetime as well as tohave a muchcleanerspace. Cafeteriaexpansioncapability: Theconstruction of thisareawasleftwithpreparationstoadd a kitchentoitand as off todayit can serve 96 people at thesame time. Buildingexpansioncapability: As per designthebuiding can expandtowardsthe back of thebuilding as much as JE requires.

Retentionponds:Withthisfeature JE ishelpingtheenvironmentbycapturing as much rain water and filling back theundergroundmantle.
