  6. Employment Agreement VARIATION 3.Compensation 3.1. Base Salary (a) Amount. The Company agrees to pay to Executive a base salary ("Base Salary") at the [weekly/monthly/annual] rate of $[BASE SALARY]. (b) Payment.
