  1. How to Trigger a Reference Table Update Scenario 1: You finished your budget or data call early and went on a nice, long leave. You return to the office on the day the submission is due, log into Web.ICASS and immediately click the Submit to DC button. The budget is automatically rejected because your reference tables are out of date. What happened? OR Scenario 2: The ICASS Service Center announced a reference table update. You log into Web.ICASS on the day of the announced update but do not see any changes to your budget plan. What happened? Looks like your software did not get the automatic update yet. The following slides demonstrate how to get the update.

  2. Step 1: After logging into Web.ICASS, click on the Plan Maintenance node.

  3. Step 2: Open any plan.

  4. Step 3: Click on a node.In this example, we selected the BSW node You just triggered a request to the ICASS Global Database for a reference table update! Wait a few minutes and then proceed to the next step.

  5. Step 4: Check your ICASS Events Log.You should see the following event recorded:

  6. Step 5: Click on a node, and you will note the following prompt.

  7. Step 6: Run Verify.Once completed, you will note an alert box that resembles the following:
