What is an E-Agreement?. E-Agreements are electronic agreements Set by MoFR Used to transfer liabilities to an: Organization (e.g. Client) End User. ADAM Agreements. ADAM enforces & tracks 2 types of agreements: User Agreements Delegation Agreements (i.e. by Organization).

  1. What is an E-Agreement? • E-Agreements are electronic agreements • Set by MoFR • Used to transfer liabilities to an: • Organization (e.g. Client) • End User

  2. ADAM Agreements • ADAM enforces & tracks 2 types of agreements: • User Agreements • Delegation Agreements (i.e. by Organization)

  3. User Agreements • Any user who wishes to access an MoFR Web-ADE Application must agree to a User Agreement • Upon first access to a Web-ADE Application, the user will be prompted to accept the agreement

  4. Delegation Agreements • Authorization Grantors may need to agree to a Delegation Agreement prior to performing authorizations in ADAM • Agreements are per organization

  5. Delegation Agreement Acceptance • A Delegation Email is sent from ADAM to the Authorization Grantor to notify of agreement • Authorization Grantor must accept the agreement in ADAM • If an Authorization Grantor does NOT accept an agreement then she/he will be unable to create corresponding authorizations
