  2. Project history • Two years ago a pilot project was set up • Central District will accept: • Electronic Stack test reports from power plants located in our District

  3. Pilot project successful? • YES! The following was accomplished: • About 30 electronic reports received. • Most were emailed with a paper copy backup.

  4. Electronic Only • 5 reports were submitted as electronic copy only • 3 were submitted on compact disc

  5. Expand Project • All facilities with Air Permits in the Central District • Stack Test Reports • VE only reports • Test Notices • Starting August 1, 2003

  6. Central District Only • Do not email reports to other DEP Offices or other programs. • Central District Air Program only

  7. Voluntary • Voluntary project in the Central District. • There is no requirement to submit stack test notices and reports in electronic format.

  8. What format will be used? • Single .pdf file recommended • created by scanning a final paper copy of the report.

  9. . Title V Certification • All reports from Title V facilities must have a Title V certification signed by the Responsible Official

  10. . Signature-Certifications • Signature-certifications must be attached, as they would be if mailed. • You cannot separate the signatures from the data.
