Two key themes • simplifying governance • standardising and sharing provision These could potentially deliver significant shift of cost to learning and teaching.
Simplifying governance simplifying grant structures, prioritising policies and rationalising inspection and performance management
Standardising and sharing provision includes: • integrating local authority education service and FE non-education support functions by geography and • standardising access, assessment and admissions processes
