Second Coalition Agreement 20 May 2010 • parents, teachers, charities and local communities can enter state school system • establish "premium" to fund help for disadvantaged pupils, paid for by spending reductions elsewhere • enable more faith schools to be set up, with "inclusive admissions policies” • anonymity to teachers accused by pupils of wrongdoing
