  6. Groups that have not uploaded constitutions: • If your group does not re-register with GoPenn by the beginning of January, you will have your budget frozen:

  7. Funding Guidelines Reform by Group Type • Meetings will be scheduled in January by group type (i.e. Academic/Pre-Professional, Instructional/Competitive) • Idea is to reform guidelines to suit groups needs before B&A cycle which is in February

  8. Your Event!!* SAC GBM: Exec Board recommendation either approved or denied by general body Meeting with SAC Exec: Discuss your contingency request before Exec - informal Q&A ~10 min. Timeline for Contingency Requests E-mail Renata to set up a meeting with Exec; meeting@sacfunded.net Group Budget Updated Liaison updates budget brief and e-mails group w/in 48 hours of Exec Meeting based on Exec’s recommendation. Submit Request via SAC Online: AS SOON AS EXACT COSTS FOR YOUR EVENT ARE KNOWN! *Should your event fall before the next GBM, it will be considered an Emergency Contingency; any recommendation made by Exec in such an instance is final and may not be appealed.

  9. Board Turnover • If your board turns over on the calendar year… • Request that the entire new board subscribe to the SAC listserv • Change the SAC Online contact information if necessary • Train the new treasurer!

  10. Spring Activities Fair • Date: January 19th, 2014 • Houston Hall • Limited space available • Open to both SAC & non-SAC groups
